Started reading this book with more expectations since his first book was the best selling novel
"I Too had a love story".
Ravin and his friends(Amardeep, Happy, Manpreet) are invited for sharing their views about First book in radio station.
But, Ravin's friends only went there to share. RJ invited them and first she asked for ravin. They managed RJ and started thier conversation about ravin and his first book. To attract the audience, Happy started telling about the story of ravin's 2nd unpublished book "can love happen twice" which is written in his diary.
Story begins:
To get out of his sorrows and feelings, Ravin get out of India and worked in Belgium for client side projects. While working there, He saw a beautiful, gorgeous girl in canteen. Ravin's mind changed slowly and he thought about her always. Then, he came to know that, her name is Simar and She is doing her MBA programme there.
Finally, they understood very well with each other and they went for dating also. As usual, in dating they kissed each other. Ravin's 2nd love grews back again. One day, ravin got a call from his manager about his return back to India again. Ravin told about it to simar and she cried, Because she left with 5 more months to finish her studies. At last, Ravin managed her about his condition and flew back to India.
After visiting, Ravin felt bad without her. One day, simar came to India to introduce Ravin to her family members. Ravin went her home which is located in Gurgaon. Her mom and dad liked ravin. But her dad told about her character indirectly to Ravin. At that time, ravin didn't understood.
Few months later, because of the ravin's suggestions, Simar flew to India to meet Ravin's family during her exam time. Ravin's family also accepted her. But, Simar wants to live her whole life with ravin alone in belgium. Ravin refused it first since he had to take care of his family. After this worst conversations,finally Ravin sent her back to Delhi in train so that she would catch the flight to belgium from delhi.
From belgium, simar had chatted with him to convince Ravin. Ravin felt very bad for few days. Then, He took a decision that he would come to belgium and doing her father's business there by trying to convince his father and mother.
But, she also refused to brought his father and mother to belgium. Ravin's heart broken and they left chatting with each other. Ravin had mentally depressed and run away from his home. He got into an accident and went to coma stage. After getting several treatments and operations, He recovered physically but not mentally. so, Ravin went to rehabiliation centre in shimla.

everyone in the city listened the story with the pindrop silence.
After one day, a call came from belgium. i.e simar in Manpreet's phone. Manpreet asked Happy why she is calling back. Happy told that, he had just emailed the radio station link in internet centre before going to Radio station. So, it works and everyone enjoyed. They attend the call and told about Ravin's bad condition over the phone.
Simar came back to shimla to see ravin's condition. Thier love continues from there...
